TENANCY APPROVAL PIPELINE · STATION 9 OF 9 · FORM 50058 & PIC SUBMISSION
Will PIC accept this 50058?
Every admission, move, and reexam ends the same way: a Form HUD-50058 transmitted to HUD. Rejections are not rare events — they are an industrial-scale problem, and each one is a family record HUD does not have. Walk the form's sections before you transmit and catch the classic causes at the desk. Nothing you type is stored.
Two dates PIC checks before anything else
Transaction ordering is the classic silent killer: an action whose effective date precedes the previous action's is rejected on arrival.
Section walk — where rejections actually come from
Check each section as you verify it. The notes under each are the rejection causes PIC and PHA data teams see over and over.

HOTMA switch: from Jan 1, 2027 every 50058 must be HOTMA-compliant (PIH 2026-15). CY2026 values: asset limit $105,574, real-property threshold $52,787, passbook rate 0.4%. The income and TTP arithmetic itself is regulated math — in the RR Pro product it runs in the deterministic HOTMA engine, never in a language model, and this demo does not compute it.

What this demo is. A pre-transmission walk of Form HUD-50058 keyed to its section structure and to the rejection categories HUD's PIC systems publish. The verdict counts your own checkboxes; it is a desk discipline, not a guarantee of acceptance — PIC's edits run server-side at HUD and the authoritative result is PIC's. The rejection statistic (~1.3 million of ~10 million annual submissions) is HUD REAC's published figure for PIC and is the reason this station exists. This page performs no income, asset, or TTP calculation: that is regulated math and belongs to the deterministic engine, not to a demo and never to a language model. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
