What this demo is. A file-assembly job aid for the Housing Assistance Payments contract, form HUD-52641 with the HUD-52641-A tenancy addendum (OMB 2577-0169, expires 04/30/2026). The 60-day countdown is plain date arithmetic from 24 CFR 982.305(c): a HAP contract not executed within 60 calendar days of the lease and contract start is void, and the PHA may not pay any housing assistance to the owner for that period.
